Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Postage Costs

Unlike some companies, we endeavour to charge customers the actual cost of packaging and postage for an item rather than a flat rate. For this reason, the postage cost is shown next to each item and, when you choose to purchase an item, the postage cost will be included in the item price rather than shown separately.

If, however, you wish to purchase multiples of the same item, the shopping basket is unable to offer you a postage discount. It is therefore cheaper for you if you contact us via email, giving us a contact phone number, to purchase your items. This way, we can offer you a reduced postage rate.

Postage costs shown are for UK deliveries only. If you live outside the UK it is important that you contact us before purchasing items as there will be additional postage charges.

Refunds & Returns

We will happily exchange or refund any faulty items during their warranty period. Goods should be returned to Arietta Music at the customer's cost. Arietta Music will pay the cost of postage to send out the replacement goods and your cost for returning the goods, as long as they do prove to be faulty.

Claims for any items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 3 days of arrival. Damaged items will be exchanged or refunded after being returned to Arietta Music in their original packaging wherever possible and at the customer's cost. Arietta Music will pay the cost of postage to send out the replacement goods.

If the item you receive does not match the description listed, we will be happy to exchange goods or give a refund as long as the product is returned to us in "as new" condition and in it's original packaging wherever possible.  Please notify us within 10 days after receipt of goods.

If you have ordered an item by mistake, we will offer a refund if it is returned to us, at your cost, unused and in it's original packaging within 14 days of arrival.

Delivery Address

If paying by credit card or Paypal, the delivery address must be the same as that which the card is registered to. Prepaid orders cannot be collected in person without ID showing the full registered address.

Delivery Time

We will endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. We do, however, ask that you allow 14 days for UK delivery.

Out of stock items

If any of the goods you order are not available, we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you an alternative or advise you of the expected delivery date. In the unlikely event that an item has been discontinued, we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.
